Response from Administrative Judge A Gail Prudenti

Darlene has written the following email to me. I am posting it here so others can be in the conversation:

Hi,

1. At Line 5 here http://www.nationallibertyalliance.org/breaking-news we still do not have Prudenti directive.

The letters posted only reference Prudenti’s directive with an offer to answer questions.

It is jumping to conclusion to not see Prudenti’s directive with one’s own eyes.

There is no way to tell what Prudenti really said without seeing her directive for oneself.

Speed should never be justified at the expense of accuracy imho.

Errors are starting to pile up and will adversely impact successful outcomes.

Darlene,
That WAS judge Prudenti's directive relayed through her council. Its the only way she talks, through an attorney. If you read the memorandum it says that she was informed and sent back and, authorized this directive to be given to all the clerks, judges, county clerks etc.etc. Every single clerks response proclaimed that they were not filing our paperwork AS PER Prudenti's directive. So we have 62 counties times all the clerks, judges and etc. etc. proclaiming they were acting on HER directive. Gee do we need any MORE evidence of what she really said Darlene?

Thank you Gerard and Joe,

If we are to follow the Common Law, and not get caught up in the fiction of our corporate servants, we judge the responses of the Clerks who claim to have the authority of Judge Prudenti, per her counsel, to reject our filings at their word. As such, they are "following orders" which is not a viable defense of their actions.

We proceed!
Kathy
