CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED COURSE: To take this course requires your financial support of NLA. We want this knowledge to be free but we also need your financial support to keep the lights on and continue filling papers in the court. So, we will leave the value of this course and the worthiness of NLA support up to you. Therefore a minimum donation of $5 a month or more for a two year commitment is required, (that’s a minimum of $60 per year); We also trust that after two years you will continue to believe that NLA is worthy of your continued support.

We want this course to be available to everyone therefore if you cannot afford $5 a month or more contact Jan@NationalLibertyAlliance.org for Free Access.

The purpose of this course is to educate People as to how we can have "government by consent". It will introduce you to our founding documents that will allow you to see how simple our founding documents are to understand, don’t believe the lie that you need a lawyer to understand, that’s only maintaining your status as slave.

This is a "required course" if you are planning to take on a paid position as "Jury Administrator" in your county or become an "Elected Committeeman" for your election district. This course will cover everything an American should know. It will teach People how to become a Jury Administrator, a Committeeman, file a court case, how to move a case into federal court and much, much, more.

Jury Administrator is a full time (40 hour/week) professional position (on the job training) whose job is to act as an investigative body for the Grand Jury, empanel and orientate the Grand Jury and Petit Jury, arbitrate complaints against elected, appointed or employed bureaucrats, and provide the People access to the Grand Jury.

Jury Administrators do not need to live in the County that they work in. Positions are limited to four administrators per county. In some highly populated counties, more positions will be required. This is a powerful position where We the People consent to our judicial branch of government. As well as the jurist who also through their service exercise consent to our government. Salaries range from $45,000 to $85,000.

Elected Committeemen are unpaid positions, serves a two year term, and usually meets once a month or once every two months. This is a powerful position where We the People consent to our political branch of government. Meetings are held in the evening and usually run two hours. During the election season, Committeemen meet in the evening to interview People who want your support to get them on the ballot. Committeemen have the power of recall when elected individuals betray our trust. Committeemen monitor the Primary and General Elections and witness the counting of the votes. Their total commitment is about 40 to 50 hours a year. You may run for Committeeman in any election district in the town you live in. Every American should become an elected committeeman at least once in their life.

Thomas Jefferson, the man who discovered America’s Freedom Formula, was an advocate of public education. He believed that "no other sure foundation can be devised for the preservation of freedom and happiness" and that “failing to provide public education would leave the people in ignorance." Therefore, "an educated citizenry is a vital requisite for our survival as a free people" and "if a People expect to be ignorant and free they expect what never was and never will be." Thomas Jefferson also believed that “the Bible is the source of liberty, democracy is nothing more than mob rule..., when government fears the people, there is liberty..., without God, liberty will not last, Christianity is the best friend of government, we have government by the majority who participate... Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty, the strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government” and that “the greatest danger to American freedom is a government that ignores the constitution." All administrators should consider taking a one-time position as a Committeeman, a great experience and opportunity to meet all local elected servants, including judges, which is a big plus as an Administrator.

A book titled "Liberty Lost" by John Darash will be available soon. This book will be a great reference book for "court access" and a "handbook for Jury Administrators" it will cover all the material in this course and more. The following is a list of some of the things that will be covered: This book is suggested reading/studying for anyone with an 8th grade reading level and above, and perfect for People seeking to become a citizen of the United States.
