Before contacting Tech Support read the following first.
If you cannot sign-in - clear your browser cookies and reboot your internet browser and try again.
If you still cannot sign-in - click on "Sign In" and use your email address as your user name and then click "Send Password". You should receive a link in your email, click on the link and you will be taken to your "Account" where you will need to create a new "Password" and update according to #1 and #2 below.
If your Name is not showing up on the County Organizer page and it should -
#1 Sign on then click on the "My Account" up by the "Log out" tab. Then click on "Edit" and update any information on that page necessary. If you made any changes on the page don't forget to click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
#2 Then click on "Contact Information", found on the top of page. Correct or fill in any information necessary on that page, making sure the box "COUNTY ORGANIZER " is checked if you want to show up on the county organizer page. Then don't forget to click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
