What are the alleged charges against each person? The attorney for FANNIE MAE states that the homeowner/borrower defaulted on his mortgage loan.
What are the defenses? Plaintiff/attorney states that there are no affirmative defenses. I am executor and beneficiary according to the will. There is the chance they have been administering the decendents estate without my consent. As a result unsure of possible outcome, once they recognize me as executor. As heir to the estate the plaintiff/attorney has not answered any of the questions I've had. In my opinion the whole thing is a complete mess on both sides. Currently, not recognized as executor to the above estate.
What are the points about the case? unsure what to include here.
