ANNOUNCEMENTS
We have created a new course, the Government by Consent Course, To sign up, go to the Education tab, then click on Gov by Consent Registration, then the Government by Consent Course tab to see the course content. Then just follow the directions to register. Chapter 2 of this course will be discussed on the Thursday night Call on April 5, 2018.
Calling all NLA Members - We are now working on a new phase to take back the Committeeman process in your area. We need a PDF copy of the Election Laws and Republican and Democrat Election Committee Rules for each state. Please forward the PDF’s to Jan@nationallibertyalliance.Org. We have many members in all states so it should not take long to get this information. You may need a FOIA in some situations to obtain this information.

What are the alleged charges against each person? **EMERGENCY PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT**
Arizona Department of Child Safety Unlawfully Removes Children from their Father for no other reason than to place them in the foster care system in New York State just days after taking them.
My name is Patrick Hansen. On 03/21/2018 these two case workers without any lawful authority or right took my three children; Abel, Seth and Caroline into DES Arizona State Custody. I have been given no meeting, hearing, or reasonable opportunity, to defend against whatever it is they are attempting to allege, to justify their criminal behavior.
Mary Martinez 602-790-5554, and Erin Robinson 520-437-9340 hung up on me and refuse to speak with me or allow me to even speak to my children. They lied to me, my children, and my family, they promised a standard investigation. Then a meeting and eventually a hearing if needed, then said they would place my kids in care of my immediate family.
This afternoon I got a call from 4 of the ladies on the same line arguing with me and telling me they have decided, within the next few days, to send my children to foster care in New York State and that they were not going to talk to me anymore.
Please Help!
Call them on our behalf and see if you can help me get them back home safe and sound. Please try to get as much publicity/investigation going on this as you can, this is a horrible injustice. We need to expose them for their criminal, unconstitutional & coercive practices and hold them accountable. We have had enough!
I have been working hard to find an attorney to help, but there all giving the same answers, “DCS is an uphill battle that usually no one ever wins against.” Let’s show them the power of our voice and what the media can do! Please do whatever you can to help us. We need to do what we can to stop them from removing my kids from Arizona and get them back home as quickly & safely as possible.

What are the defenses? 18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy against rights If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
We are residents of Arizona and have been back home now for 8 months. There was no intimidate risk of serious bodily harm. Arizona DCS had no lawful authority to remove my children. They are refusing to return my calls and have hidden the children from a welfare check by a sheriff deputy.
What are the points about the case? 18 U.S. Code § 242 – Deprivation of rights under color of law Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse,
or an
attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
Arizona DCS without a court order, warrant, or imminent danger, took my three little children from my home effectively kidnapping them and are evading the law, and denying my children and myself substantive due process and rights. They have and continue to inflict negligent trauma on my innocent children by keeping them from placement with family. Arizona DCS refuses to give a Team meeting required by law and are violating the law, Arizona Statutes, and their own department policies.
