ANNOUNCEMENTS
The affidavits received in our NY State Safe Act case were filed in the Northern New York Federal District Court on 4-2-18. It may still be possible to add your affidavit to the case if you hurry. I appears that the initial conference will be held in the Federal District Courthouse for the Northern District of New York in Albany on July 2nd. We would encourage anyone who is within traveling distance to attend this session. Possibly we could meet someplace before the session and then car pool to the courthouse. This will be a chance to see our badly corrupted judicial system and NLA in action.
It looks like we will be joining with In Power to bring information/affidavits on their SMART METER CASES to the Unified United States Common Law Grand Jury for possible indictments.
We are creating a new course, the Government by Consent Course, To sign up, go to the Education tab, then click on Gov by Consent Registration, then the Government by Consent Course tab to see the course content. Then just follow the directions to register. The opening of this course will be announced on the Monday Call when the course is ready.
Calling all NLA Members - We are now working on take back the Committeeman process in your area. We need a PDF copy of the Election Laws and Republican and Democrat Election Committee Rules for each state. I need about 20 more. Please forward the PDF’s to Jan@nationallibertyalliance.Org.

What are the alleged charges against each person?
Come Bear witness of the Treason, Fraud, and Criminal Conspiracy taking place with Arizona DCS taking my three children Abel Seth and Caroline without any lawful right since there is no evidence that they had been abused or neglected by me. They have been subjecting my children to all kinds of physical, mental, and emotional abuse and neglect and have no lawful right or reason. These public servants are out of control and engaged in criminal conspiracy to kidnap and deprivation of rights under color of law. Please show up and bring a note pad to keep notes on the crimes and other unconstitutional actions these public servants are engaged in. We need more witnesses come be a witness to this case. They are trying to justify taking and keeping my children from me for my use of my right to freedom of speech and expression, is is purely retaliatory against the exercise of protected rights. They have also made it clear they are discriminating against me because I have a disability from the time I spent in the Army. To top it all off they have made it clear that they don't like my religion (Christianity) and feel that how I live out my faith in obedience to God is what they don't like, that is another reason they took my kids and won’t give them back. What are the defenses?
No Jurisdiction, No Evidence, Denied Discovery & Due Process, Unconstitutional Non Judicial Administrative Hearing, No Consent.
What are the points about the case?
On Feb. 28th 2018 DCS Employees Investigate a Report of Neglect, I was ignored by the DCS investigator and my calls and messages were not returned for over 3 weeks. On March 21st 2018 DCS showed up and took my children against court orders and contrary to law. My 3 children have been unlawfully deprived of their life, liberty and property without due process of law, and are being abused, neglected, and traumatized. The Court without jurisdiction or lawful right found probable cause and sited reasons being me having a p.o. box, Me having ptsd from time as an infantryman in the army, my daughter apparently having lymes disease, and that I admit that I discipline my children according to my Christian religious beliefs. I have also been denied accommodation to record my hearings and have had Daniel the sitting administrator threaten my family and friends with contempt if they exercise their 1st amendment right that were witness to the case. They were all openly accused and defamed in court for apparently helping me hide from DCS.
