  • Major Changes to the Welcome Committee

Major changes are being implemented to the Welcome Committee (WC) functions and duties. This will require a Welcome Director and helpers in each state.

 

Please contact National Coordinator Robert at 503-396-7947 if you wish to become a member of the Welcome Committee.

 

  • Website-- I have received suggestions for enhancements to the website.

  

  1. A.    As mentioned by a caller last Monday night, there needs to be a SIGN UP, Join NLA or similar button/tab prominently displayed on the welcome page of the website to help people register easily.
  2. B.     Please remember to  alert new people who are signing up for NLA that there is a vetting process that can take up to 24 hours after signing where they will not have access to features on the website.

 

  • Fax Numbers -- We have hundreds of incorrect fax numbers. If you have a few hours available and would like to research or call for missing fax numbers, please email nathan@nationallibertyalliance.org.

 

Memory stick copies of the videos available from jan@nationallibertyalliance.org. This could be a game changer!

  1. A.    We are making progress restoring our database and finishing our fax campaign. Please, go to http://nationallibertyalliance.org/sheet1-0 and arrow up on the spreadsheet and locate your state. The specific Elected Officials we are looking for on the left. A “1” indicates no data, a Violet color means no Fax or Email addresses, Green means you are done. You may have some missing data already. Please coordinate with California JP (jeepp1488@gmail.com), who is the keeper of the data.

We need the data in Excel Spreadsheets in the following columnar format:

STATE   /   NAME   /   PHONE   /   FAX   /   EMAIL   /   ADDRESS   /   CITYSTATEZIP

  1. B.     Please do not send any files not containing FAX NUMBERS and/or EMAIL ADDRESSES.
