What are the alleged charges against each person? On 2009 I had a steam explosion in my rent stabilized apartment. I was staying in hotel for six months. previously the landlord poisoned me with Carbon Monoxide and toxic gases. Many arrivals at ER. The landlord ignored four(4) courts' orders and evicted me. I appealed and the order in my favor was falsified as denied. After two years I discovered the real order and I tried to open the case. It was impossible. I filed a Habeas Corpus in Federal Court where I sue the ex-landlord and all judge s from L &T, HP and appellate Term ( No one had an oath of office). The HC was denied in pretrial because I was not incarcerated. I found at law library that : Habeas Corpus is for all abuses done by government. I filed a WRIT OF ERRORS where I fixed trial for July 25 at 9AM, where the Federal Judge to court the decision and to grand my HC. So far I did not receive any postponing. I went in court and the clerk did not gave me any direction. Anyway I must to be in court because me I fixed the date.
What are the defenses? I was poisoned. It is many violation of DHPD, Gas Company, Doctors medical report. It was ignored court Orders to have the apartment fixed. I have an expertize who found High Level of CO in apartment even the connection from gas was cut. The file was stolen from court.
What are the points about the case? Justice was not done, and I am a victim of trespasses done under color of law. I ask the aprtemnet back and damages.
