ANNOUNCEMENTS
Please read the Grand Jury Report Regarding the Criminal Investigation into 911 under the Evidence Reports tab on the Docket Page under the Grand Jury tab. Carefully read the evidence now so you will be well informed when the Grand Jury meets to vote.
We have posted the Evidence Report for the LaVoy Finicum Homicide. Please start your review of this evidence as well.
In answering calls from members, I find that many have not been on the website in a long time and I have only to direct them to the appropriate webpage to find the answers to their questions. We are nearing Critical MASS! Get Informed, Keep Informed, get on the calls and keep up with the website. You owe it to yourself. You don’t want to be left out at the critical time.
Affidavits
Here are some general affidavit guidelines in addition to those printed on the affidavit form. As Jack Webb of Dragnet always said, “Just the Facts, Ma’am, All we need are the facts.” We need the what, where, when and why facts in 3 pages or less. List all dates as “on or about” e.g. on or about January 4, 2011, and times as “at or about” e.g. at or about 9 PM. If you are unsure about the date, you might say, “on or about January to April 2011” etc. Was there a trial by jury? Do not include your emotions, opinions, or try your case. Do not list your unalienable rights that were violated. Do not include a summary paragraph on your state of mind or injury. Then submit the affidavit as a word document to Intake@NationalLibertyAlliance.org for review.
When you have been notified that the affidavit is completed, take the pdf copy returned to you, make two paper copies and get them notarized. Keep one for your records, scan it and email it to intake@nationallibertyalliance.org and mail the other copy to National Liberty Alliance, 3979 Albany Post Road, Suite 107, Hyde Park, New York 12538 along with your donation. DO NOT send your donation until directed to do so.
