ANNOUNCEMENTS
The list of people indicted by the Grand Jury meeting for the Finicum Murder, the Bundy Ranch, the Malheur Wildlife refuge and the Hammonds on 1-28-18 will be posted on the website as soon as the indictments are drawn up.

We have added many new documents to the Grand Jury Report Regarding the Criminal Investigation into 911, the LaVoy Finicum Murder, the Bundy Ranch, the wildlife refuge and the Hammonds under the Evidence Reports tab on the Docket Page under the Grand Jury tab. Carefully read the evidence now to keep up to date. |
We are instituting filings against the NY State Pistol Law. John sent out an announcement to all New York State NLA members announcing our filing and how they can join in our action in the Northern Federal District of New York. All New York State NLA members can participate as a plaintiff in this filing as well as any resident of New York even if they do not own gun.
We will be suing for the following 3 items:
(1) The Court is to order the State to stand down and all County Sheriffs to
protect us from any State Police action.
(2) We will also move the court for an Injunction until the case is
settled.
(3) For Monetary damage of $50,000 for each plaintiff and for $1,000 per day from the refusal date for injunction to the Day of Judgment for each of the defendants; [e.g. 100 days x $1000 = $100,000 each plaintiff].
