We have formed a 911 Indictment Committee to go through our evidence and list the names etc of the people to be named as defendants in the indictment. I could still use a couple more people to help out. Please call Jan at 814-531-5363 or email me at Jan@nationallibertyalliance.org to volunteer.

We are still accepting affidavits in our NY State Safe Act case. If you would like to join in our action, please send in your affidavit immediately. All New York State NLA members can participate as a plaintiff in this filing as well as any resident of New York, even if they do not own gun. We will be suing for the following 3 items:
(1) The Court is to order the State to stand down and all County Sheriffs to
protect us from any State Police action.
(2) We will also move the court for an Injunction until the case is
settled.
(3) For Monetary damage of $50,000 for each plaintiff and for $1,000 per day from the refusal date for injunction to the Day of Judgment for each of the defendants; [e.g. 100 days x $1000 = $100,000 each plaintiff].
