Okay I just had a judge here in Illinois tell me that there is no common law in Illinois. And she would NOT tell me the jurisdiction that I am to be tried And also entered a plea on my behalf after my objection. What should I do?
If criminal law is the nature of the charge against me does there need to be corpus delecti? Or does the charge against me fail?
If Statutory is the jurisdiction she claims, Is that a fraud she has brought upon the court or does that mean it is an administrative action?
