The Common Law Advisory Committee has been reborn, and is looking for people who wish to maintain NLA's integrity by verifying that all documents to be made public contain citations that support the stated propositions, are properly quoted, and proofread. Improper citations can make NLA look silly, or worse, be discredited.

What are the alleged charges against each person? This is a status hearing whereas the case-manager has done nothing for myself, the mother, and done everything for the abuser father. When I say nothing, setting up psych eval, setting up hearing and vision evals for myself, getting records, and even getting my full visitation as court ordered.

 

What are the defenses? Americans with Disabilities Act, as I am a disabled, service connected veteran whom needs extra time and support. I have a court appointed attorney whom has done nothing. The case worker ignores the domestic violence that has occurred.

 

What are the points about the case? I apologize as I have a traumatic brain injury and not sure about points. I just want a fair chance of getting my kids and family back. I want us all to get help but am now working on getting myself abuse free and on the right track.

What are the alleged charges against each person? Custody Review. My parenting time was removed from me and I don't really know exactly why. The judge is bias, has a personal vendetta against me, has moved to the criminal/civil division and has decided to keep this family court case just to punish me. PPO hearing pending, ongoing hearing for 4 months which will also be heard.

 

What are the defenses? The children have been poisoned by my ex so if the children say they don't want to see me the judge just says ok and won't give me parenting time. She has also been dragging out a PPO hearing my ex is trying to get me for 4 months. She keeps rescheduling it because it is taking so long and is holding it over my head.

 

What are the points about the case? I had 50/50 custody, judge took custody away when I went to jail for 77 day because of a ppo violation of sending an email on the internet. It had nothing to do with the children and the judge just decided to terminate all my parenting on and off due to my ex poisoning the children and them not wanting to see me (This is what the GAL says, we don't know what is true). I have 5 doctors reports stating I have no major mental disorder, I am not an alcoholic, I do not use drugs, stable, own a home and have a job. The judge is bias and unfair because my ex is an attorney.

What are the alleged charges against each person?

 

Not sure the court purpose these men and women have kept the nature venue and cause from the accused. Previous court cases were related to the theft of our family van, and $5,000 ransom to get me out of captivity. These previous charges (unlicensed operation, no plates....the police took off in the night, no registration, ins, resisting arrest-because i was asking questions, failure to license dog, i think thats about it.) were defective and dismissed by James Monroe.

 

What are the defenses? No Jurisdiction No Due Process Contempt of Court Contempt of Constitution

 

What are the points about the case? Private Property was taken without warrant Was given threats of trespass charges for going to court Was prevented access to the court for having a service animal Then year later taken into custody and detained 10 days solitary confinment had to pay $5,000 to be let out. Still have not been given any warrant and the acting judges and other public employees continue to refuse to provide their oath of office. Former City Police transfered from city police to court police-continue to obstrct justice and continue to trespass on my case. The clerk refuses to take my counter claim since i have not paid.

I will have witness statements for everyone to fill in, and will provide copies of your written statemenets so i can follow up with getting these criminals out of public office. If you call please be respectful, and dont harass anyone. I do not need anyone causing trouble for me. You can ask basic questions about their honesty and integrity in keeping their oath of office, you can ask what their procedure or policy is when reporting intergovernmental corruption. You could ask them when they are going to give back the ransom money and when the court would order the police to restore our van to proper working condition and return it.
