ANNOUNCEMENTS
We are continually having problems contacting NLA members who are requesting help or services from our various committees or just looking for information. It is extremely important that all members check their “MY Account” information. We have wasted many hours trying to locate members that are contacting us using email addresses or phone numbers that are incorrect or are not part of their personal information. Please also check the information you enter on your intake forms and other requests to ensure that it is up to date and accurate. This will eliminate multiple requests for simple information. Please remember that the people trying to help you are volunteers and time wasted on your case could be used to help others. Thanks.

Description: They did not proceed with court on the 2nd of Aug. They moved the court date to the 16th of Aug. A day later I found out why. the DA filed a response to my latest motion of which I received the day after the 2nd stating that miss characterization that Iam filing to withdraw plea for a fair trial as post conviction relief. Their error in their response because I was never convicted. This is in fact pre-convicted relief because I was coerced and threatened to take the plea deal under duress. I am now responding to their invalid response to their error. See Heart verses Nevada 2000. This same attempt was made against Heart. They moved the court date to give themselves more time that they would not be in default once again. That's the same reason they moved my court date. I Remain Sincerely Yours Mark Cordova Thank You!
