We have completed the Sheriffs Handbook. Please go to the NLA website welcome page and download a copy. Bring any comments, corrections, additions and changes to the Monday night call as we need to get them all incorporated so we can get our order in soon.

What are the alleged charges against each person? Violation of an [invalid] “court-order, issued by an attorney posing as a judge (Court-Attorney Paul M. Riordan). This attorney was cited as "judge Paul M. Riordan,” on the court order and on the arrest papers. When I was being falsely arrested, I asked for the Arrest-Warrant and they told me that they did not have it and they did not have to show it to me, either. When I checked the said attorney, I discovered that he was not a judge.
The criminal associates of the said lawyer railroad me because I reported their assassination of citizens after stealing and selling their identities and government-benefits on my news channel. They sent a criminal who has been in and out of jail since the age of 12 to rape and sodomize me and try to kill me. This is my charge against him. But they have it as a “family offense — non-criminal — because they have me married to him, on paper. They refuse to show me my suppose "criminal file” for this reason.
What are the defenses? The order is INVALID because it was filed in the wrong court-- the family court, when my accuser was NOT a family member, did not live under my same roof, and did NOT have a personal relationship with me at the time of the issuance of the said court-order.
The court order is also invalid because it violates my first Amendment Right and orders me NOT to practice Freedom of Press, Speech, or Religion in ANY state of the United States.
When Judge Gallagher signed a continuation of this court order, she quickly removed the name of the said attorney and put his name on it. Then, he quickly changed this order for a “genetic” court-order that does NOT have the content of the original court order.
The said judge violated my Sixth Amendment Right (the right of counsel) when he ordered the attorney that he appointed for me NOT to show up in court on 06/21/17. And, with my attorney absent, he turned off the court-video-camera and ordered the female Court-Recorder to put me as ProSe [as defending myself]. This is when he removed the name of his supervisee (attorney Paul Riordan) and put his on the said court order.
When he did the aforementioned, he Practiced from the Bench, and did not question any of the parties before him (neither me nor my accuser). This is a violation of the “Vulture Rules,” a high misdemeanor. He should be arrested and given a ticket. He also has violated Title 42, the right of Due Process.
He orders his court-clerks NOT to file my papers/appeals/peremptory challenge or Recusal Form for this case/judge, in violation of title 42, 18 US Code 207. This is a violation of my Due Process.
What are the points about the case? Violation of the 1st, 5th, and 6th Amendment Rights. Violation of title 42, 18 US Code 207. Fraud, conspiracy to false arrest me falsification of legal and court-records to cause me harm.

US Marshal's Charles Salina's Office: 585 263 5787. I contacted him about said railroading, racketeering, and theft of my mother's social security check. He never answered my call.
