NOTICE - ALL PEOPLE WHO SIGNED UP FOR THE NY SAFE ACT CASE
ACTION REQUIRED ASAP – you must go to the Grand Jury Tab, then the Amendment II tab (https://www.nationallibertyalliance.org/new-york-safe-act-lawsuit) and check the IMPORTANT NOTICE. You need to download the signature page https://www.nationallibertyalliance.org/sites/default/files/signature_0.pdf , Sign it, get it notarized, fax a copy to (888) 891-8977 and mail the original notarized paper to NLA, 3979 Albany Post Road, Suite 107, Hyde Park, NY 12538. If you have a good scanner that produces clean clear copy that is oriented properly, i.e. it is right side up, you may scan the signature page and email it to mail@nationallibertyalliance.org and then mail the original as indicated above. Any time a URL does not work when you click on it, try copying and pasting it in your browser, or go to the website and click the appropriate tabs. We still have 10 to 12 people who have not responded to emails, call etc. Failure to fax or email your signature page ASAP could jeopardize your case.
We are creating a new course, the Government by Consent Course, To sign up, go to the Education tab, then click on Gov by Consent Registration, then the Government by Consent Course tab to see the course content. Then just follow the directions to register. The opening of this course will be announced on the Monday Call when the course is ready.
Our 911 Indictment Committee is going through our evidence to determine the people to be named as defendants in the indictment. We need more people to help out due to the complexity of this case. Please call Jan at 814-531-5363 or email me at Jan@nationallibertyalliance.org to volunteer. |

What are the alleged charges against each person? I was for three -four times in 2001 patient of Dr. Stanley Portnow. With Malpractice, Hate, Corrupted he falsified the truth to UNUM Provident Insurances and I lost LTD after an work related accident ( $ 1, 233/ months ). After he falsified the deposition at My WC case and I lost the case with Risk Management Planning Group. Additionally, he charged with fraud My Oxford insurances with three more visits. I sued him in state Supreme Court and the case was dismissed in Pretrial. I opened a case in Federal Court in a Court of record. Case dismissed in Pre Trial. I filed a Motion for reconsideration- pending.
I served Defendant STANLEY PORTNOW with My " NOTICE OF COMMON LAW, BRIEF INFORMATION ,CLAIM LIEN OBLIGATIONS, AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH and FACTS". He had 30 days to answer at my Notice. Guilty , he refused to answer and sue me in Supreme Court asking to withdraw the notice . I filed the Notice in Federal Court on August 18, 2017.
He hired a law firm who is also Defendant together with Stanley Portnow et all in the same case in Federal Court by being accomplice to file five "phantoms motions " in the Supreme Court County of King in my case for personal injury with Carbon Monoxide. So conflict of interests. Also falsifying the truth
They served me a Petition missing a page. I sent a fax and they sent me a correct Petition. After they sent me immediately, before my answer an Order to Show cause asking " TEMPORARY RESTAINING ORDER " with two affirmations from the law firm as " AFFIRMATIONS OF EMMERGENCY AND AFFIRMATION IN SUPPORT OF MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION and TEMPORARY RESTAINING ORDER". The Order to show cause is signed by Judge Gerald Lebovitz. This Judge dismissed My case with State Farm Insurances during the Jury Selection, Did not allowed me the lawful time 30 minutes to read the history of jurist , and expelled my witnesses from the Court. The NAL member Sara was witness at abuses done by this judge during the jury selection before she was took off from Court's Room. I sue this Judge ( Lebovits et all) ged and State Farm Insurances( who wrote checks with fraud in my name knowing I must to die with Carbon Monoxide and toxic gases) in federal Court Souther District Of New York by Habeas Corpus which was denied.
I served this Judge and all with my NOTICE OF COMMON LAW, BRIEF INFORMATION ,CLAIM LIEN OBLIGATIONS, AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH and FACTS, and he refused to answer. The Judge is in default and in contempt of Court because is conflict of interests.
It is in deposition when he said he excluded Sara because she is member NAL.
What are the defenses? The Court does not have jurisdiction. The Petitioner, his attorneys, and the judge are in contempt of court for Conflict of interests and because did not answer at my lawful Notice( less the attorney because I sent his notice yesterday)
What are the points about the case? Injustice. Discrimination under color of law. Intimidation. Harassment. Disregard for My natural and Constitutional Rights.
