Clark County Judge and Discovery Commissioner are violating the law and their oath

I'm looking to contact one of the jurists about a Clark County District Judge, and her Discovery Commissioner, who are violating the law in an action, have violated the defendants civil rights, have ignored Nevada Shield Law, and are also violating the Nevada Constitution.
