I've been locked up on & off for a total of about 2 1/2 years over the last 12 years (all of last year) on fraudulent charges. I received a 16 mo summary sentence for contempt which was completely illegal. I've been locked up for contempt at least 6 times all wrongful. Read about it at my blogs. http://cookcountyjudges.wordpress.com Come to my next court date Oct 3 10 am courtroom 506 at 2600 S California in Chicago, IL. I'm charged with felony battery of an officer for "touching an officer's ear" during a PTSD flashback induced by the Cook County Sheriff staff in the courtroom in violation of an American with Disabilities Act Court Disability Coordinator agreement with me that they would not induce flashbacks using the information I gave them from my doctors that is HIPAA protected and would "back-off" if I had a flashback induced by them until it passes. I am disabled, use a walker, and my patients used to call me "Mother Teresa" because I am a non-violent pacifist. Yet I was wrongfully convicted of felony battery to an officer and sentenced to 2 yrs for "bumping an officer with wheelchair". I was in a broken wheelchair, the officer attacked me by choking me and then flipping me out of wheelchair onto floor. He falsified his records and committed perjur in court. The judge fixed the case by disallowing questioning of important witness.
