Illegal Use of CJTF ROE Hostile Declarations: For the Ages, the U.S. Joint Military Services have reserved the declaration "Hostile" for individual units acting in support of a larger country or region. Units declared Hostile also means that ROE (Rules of Engagement) has been satisfied and the Hostile units can be engaged, or killed, without any further order or authorization being given. Further, the larger country or broader region from which any notional individual Hostile units might originate from specifically cannot be engaged as a consequence of the actions of those individual units (or individuals). Such a response would violate the legal principle of proportionate response. Therefore, declaring entire U.S. states as "Hostile", most especially in a military training scenario using real-world U.S. state borders and real-word U.S. Presidential politics, is not only a direct violation of military law, in and of itself, the design of JADE HELM is also a direct repudiation of every single Joint services training protocol in existence. This can only be viewed as a deliberately illegal act, done in full knowledge and in direct violation of military training protocols. As well as the willful disregard for the proper use and application of U.S. military law itself, specifically, the CJTF Joint Task Force Standing Rules of Engagement.

Illegal Use of Real-World (U.S. Homeland) Geopolitics: Similarly, the use of real-world geopolitics has never been allowed for military training operations, ever, with the exception of outright war or "conflict" having first been declared in the real-world. Why? In case you weren't aware or you've forgotten, the Joint services never use real world geopolitics during peacetime because that in itself might be viewed as a provocation against the general civilian populations of the regions declared as such, if such details concerning the training operation ever became known to them. Lasting, possibly irreparable damage to diplomatic relations would always be expected to result. It would be unwise, illegal, and provocative. That vitally important principle of law is still valid today - because I for one am provoked as hell by this. The U.S. Government itself is fomenting and inciting U.S. civilian unrest by and through this ill-conceived and illegal training operation.

Unconstitutional Disenfranchisement of U.S. Citizens: With the American Presidential elections coming next year, the case can be made that the JADE HELM 15 military training operations, being conducted by our Democratic Commander in Chief, appear to be intentionally designed to intimidate and disenfranchise Republican and Red state-like voters. Whether by design or as an unintentional consequence of JADE HELM 15, original intentions are clearly notwithstanding on this point. Disenfranchisement, intimidation, and graphic efforts to demonize the political beliefs of Red state-like voters before the eyes of the World, is already occurring. As would be expected, lasting and likely irreparable damage to our entire Nation has already resulted. And as of this writing JADE HELM 15 has yet to even officially begin. Going forward, what American citizen will want to register or vote Republican/Conservative/Tea Party? Or even discuss conservative ideas and values on the phone or internet when they have certain foreknowledge they're already profiled by Government computers and already exist in "the" Hostile Database? With nearly everything they've ever written online or said on the phone having been data-mined, directly usable by the U.S. military to target them? And all on the political whims of the next paranoid and delusional White House administration that happens to come along. I don't want to be on anybody's Hostile anything, do you? If I re-re-re-register as a Democratic, do I get to be considered a good guy ... again? Can I at least earn good-guy points for staying far, far from Texas? I don't know what to do, do you? Why should any American citizen be expected to tolerate such schizophrenic tyranny? If JADE HELM 15 isn't a clear legal case of voters being disenfranchised by their Government, then what might be said about all of those colorful promises from Selma? All lies! And Laws? Just an ugly, racist, and bigoted 4-letter word.

Unconstitutional Purposes Behind JADE HELM 15? The apparent purpose behind the JADE HELM 15 scenario design is clearly illegal and unconstitutional, in my view. Throughout history, many rogue regimes have trained and eventually used their military to disenfranchise or even take-down political opponents. JADE HELM 15 apparently trains and desensitizes the U.S. military in disenfranchising Democratic political opponents using PsyOps, mostly, entire States having been declared Hostile. And based entirely on State borders characterized by how the state majority votes in the real-world. Using training scenarios that train U.S. troops to disenfranchise any American voter are clearly illegal, and dangerous in the real-world. Why? In the same way that openly training our military in provocative actions against Iran, having first openly and publicly declared them "Hostile" as a part of the training for all Iranian citizens and the World to see, might prove to be dangerous. Of course, we would never openly train to fight against any country or region around the World, without war or a "conflict" having first been declared against them. Such a provocation would be unwise, dangerous, and illegal. But Texas? Hell, Texans are a bunch of rubes anyway! And Utah? Nothing but religious wackos, who cares? Right? Quite clearly, the law in the case of JADE HELM 15 has already been broken. Conditions that increase the danger to public safety perhaps already created as well, and who could reasonably expect otherwise? JADE HELM 15 is treasonous by design, and any honest analysis will reveal that fact. No legitimate argument can be made that JADE HELM 15 is simply RMT training for an overseas AOA. I challenge anyone to try making that case in a court of law. In fact, JADE HELM 15 is precisely what it appears to be, in my view. Training and desensitizing the U.S. military for the illegal and unconstitutional suppression of Democratic political foes, Red state voters illegally declared "Hostile" because they failed to register as Democrats, using the might of the U.S. military to specifically and individually target them in some cases. And done under what are perhaps the fraudulent pretenses of using the NDAA as nothing short of cover for the blatant disregard of all other governing laws and safety protocols, with the goal, even in small part, of achieving a purely political agenda. If true, that might be the very definition of a rogue regime. Quite clearly, the PsyOps element of JADE HELM 15 has already politically disenfranchised every Red state-leaning American in the country, before the eyes of the World. And irreparable damage has perhaps already occurred. The graphic above illustrates that point beyond argument, in my view. Can anyone in America imagine the exact same graphic with the U.S. Government openly depicting a predominately Black, or Muslim, or Gay inner-city as "Hostile"? For a U.S. military training operation? With individual Gays having been profiled by the military for special scrutiny, by race, religion, social networks, and party registration? The entire World left to judge them anew and perhaps unfairly? Doesn't work, does it? What about the entire Washington, D.C. area and the White House administration declared "Hostile"? Well, I can't imagine any of those military training scenarios, and therefore, I know I must be correct in my analysis of this one. It's wrong for the same good reasons. In my view, there is no legitimate explanation for the illegal design of JADE HELM 15 other than the conclusions I'm presenting. Nor is there any justification in the case of JADE HELM 15 scenario design for violating Joint services training protocols, the apparent and willful neglect of U.S. military law as codified in CJTF ROE, as well as the apparently direct and deliberate violation of Title 18 U.S. Code 241, Conspiracy Against Rights.

Recommended Actions:

1. An immediate JADE HELM 15 Training Safety Time Out. Any Federal Judge can order a cease and desist for any/all military training operations being conducted on U.S. soil and directly involving U.S. civilians, at any time, under existing law. I suggest a clear and present danger to the safety and welfare of the public might now be considered to exist - remembering that all citizens in these Red states have already been disenfranchised - with the eyes of the entire World quite possibly looking anew at them as well. This should be done forthwith, before JADE HELM 15 goes into full operation and any stupid, unfortunate, or any further unintended consequences occur, in full color, and before the eyes of the World for them to witness, judge us by, and react to.

2. An immediate JADE HELM 15 Safety Time Out should be followed by a call to the United States Congress for the prompt Impeachment of the Commander in Chief.

3. General Court Martial proceedings for any and all military General Officers in support of these deliberately provocative, dangerous, and illegal acts against the U.S. civilian population. My recommended charge is Treason against We the People of the United States of America. Additionally, a charge of Murder/Attempted Murder as well as Conspiracy to commit Murder will be added to my recommended legal charges if any U.S. civilian, or guest, is killed or physically injured as a result of JADE HELM 15. Specific damages under Title 18 U.S. Code 241 have also been done that might never be un-done.

4. Lastly, and only somewhat in jest to the folks who stillborned this bastard. Next time? get people who know what they're doing in regards to RMT exercise design. Because like I've done here in the real-world, you'll continue to be taken to the woodshed on any honest analysis on the merits of this one. Roger that?

I'm fairly convinced that JH15 is not training, although a lot of training will occur of course, for "training" purposes. Too many technical and legal mistakes for that to be the case. So, JH15 is either something nefarious, hijacked?, as my analysis seems to indicate. Or, the Government is really trying to prepare us and save as many as they can due to some event that is unstoppable and on it's way. No good answer, either way. He analyzes military documents; the logo; vocabulary/keywords; compares similarities with WWll and even shows what has been admitted by military spokesmen may be more revealing than what may have been intended. JOINT RESOLUTION

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States providing that the rights extended by the Constitution are the rights of natural persons only.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein), That the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States:
“article  —

“section 1. The rights protected by the Constitution of the United States are the rights of natural persons only. Artificial entities, such as corporations, limited liability companies, and other entities, established by the laws of any State, the United States, or any foreign state shall have no rights under this Constitution and are subject to regulation by the People, through Federal, State, or local law. The privileges of artificial entities shall be determined by the People, through Federal, State, or local law, and shall not be construed to be inherent or inalienable.

“section 2. Federal, State and local government shall regulate, limit, or prohibit contributions and expenditures, including a candidate’s own contributions and expenditures, to ensure that all citizens, regardless of their economic status, have access to the political process, and that no person gains, as a result of that person’s money, substantially more access or ability to influence in any way the election of any candidate for public office or any ballot measure. Federal, State, and local governments shall require that any permissible contributions and expenditures be publicly disclosed. The judiciary shall not construe the spending of money to influence elections to be speech under the First Amendment.”.

This insider says, according to army logistics training, some Walmarts were set up to act as military distribution bases. Evidently all the ones that have closed so far are near railroads.
