Hawaii courts

Anyone know if the HI courts are courts of record?

I found some documents that verify that all State courts are common law courts except LA, but someone corrected me and gave evidence that ALL State courts are common law courts, no exceptions"

"United States of Americas' constitution was written and is administered under the rules of the common law and must be interpreted as such. Therefore, all 50 states have been common law states because the Constitution is a common law document and the common law of England is the common law of the United States of America

"U.S. adopted common laws of England with the constitution."
Caldwell v. Hill, 178 SE 383 (1934)

"The constitution is to be interpreted according to common law rules."
Schick v. U.S., 195 US 65, 24 Sup. Ct. 826, 49 L.Ed. 99

Biblical law at common law supersedes all laws and Christianity is custom, custom is law."
Robin v. Hardaway, 1790 Sup. Ct.

"It [U.S. Constitution] must be interpreted in the light of common law and principles and history of which was familiar to the framers of the constitution. The language of the constitution could not be understood without reference to the common law."
U.S. v. Wong Kim, Ark. 169 US 649, 18 S. Ct. 456

Therefore, unless the state of Louisiana has succeeded from the union, they are under the U.S.A. Constitution and consequently are under the common law!

"When this country achieved its independence the prerogatives of the crown devolved upon the people of the States. And this power still remains with them, except so far as they have delegated a portion of it to the Federal government."
Wheeler v. Smith, 9 How. 33

"Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law, for it is the author and source of law; but in our system, while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government, sovereignty itself remains with the people, by whom and for whom all government exists and acts. And the law is the definition and limitation of power."
Yick Wo vs Hopkins and Woo Lee vs Hopkins (118 US S. Ct. 356) "

Of course, HI is NOT a State. It is an illegally occupied kingdom. How does this fit into the scheme of things?

I am new to the methods here. Before learing of the NLA, I squarely challenged Jurisdiction, declared my sovereignty in my paperwork, and got the judge to verbally affirm on the record that they had sworn an oath to the constitution. I also got them to state on the record that they were required to abide by that oath in the performance in their official dutues. Would that suffice to open a court of record as per the methods I am learning here?

-Hawaii County-  Hilo

HI guys,
I have been at this since 2016, and im doing some crazy things, and have court issues that im dealing with. I would like to know if there is a group of people for the Hilo side to reach out to...I could use the support and like-minded individuals that wont mind brain-storming or comparing notes or even documents of sorts. I have 2 Arbitrations that are sitting in the court system and a few loans and a mortgage to litigate also in the court system, of which is a hot mess- because of the amount of work its been taking to dish out in response, but its fun dealing with the challenges. Please reach out to me, I may be of some help to someone, im sure. Aloha

Hi

Youve been dealing with the DEBT collectors.  3rd Party debt collectors whether they be attorneys or attorney agents (collection agency owned by attorney) are the cause of all the problems in this country.  Currently have a foreclosure and attorney who think they own my home are nothing but a 3rd party debt collector. I am reporting to US postal office mail fraud for 3rd party debt collecotr mail fraud. Been dealing with these debt collectors too.  Yes, its fun challenging them and they have abosolutely no response when they are challenged either by administrative process or lawsuit. if you want to collaborate my # 9893166431 in Michigan.
