EL DORADO COUNTY, CA -- All county sheriffs have the constitutional authority to strip Federal agents of their policing power while inside their county. That's what one sheriff has done in California.
Sheriff John D’Agostini has received “numerous, numerous complaints” about the U.S. Forrest Service agents operating in his county. He has officially revoked their authority while in El Dorado County. They will not be allowed to enforce laws again without his permission.
"Forest Service law enforcement officers view themselves as police officers but lack the perspective that not every forest visitor is a bad guy," said one local resident, Greg Barnett, giving us some perspective to what the complaints might have been.
This is an important concept for all of us to understand. The county sheriff position is EXTREMELY important. We need constitutional oath-keepers in these offices. As the Federal Government becomes increasingly oppressive, our sheriffs can boot them out, having the law on their side.
It appears this was done in 2013..Has it worked? In CPS cases where the courts are resisting and defaulting, how long after doing either of the above, before charges of are filed, and who will (can) make arrest if any for example if "treason" is committed?

I like this concept as myself was harassed many years ago while bow hunting in the hills of Oakland california by two police officers who thought that they were the law, though they had no idea what the law even said that they were trying to enforce against me at gun point while they damaged my bow and forced me and my friend to lay face down on the ground for over an hour while waiting for a game warden to sho up all the while threatening to kill me and my friend if we moved
Law enforcement are uneducated thugs thinking we are uneducated too. We need to be educated to fend off their thuggery presumptions. You were bow hunting squirrel? LOL
