I'm working with the King county COS ... and we've expanded to working to Populate the offices of The State of Washington, 1878, the Republic admiited to the Union by Congrss 22 February,1889 which has never been implemented (see Pierce county Recorder file 200009130560) and instead the Territoial Legislature created a Territoial municipal corporation (WSL 1889, ch 11; 23 December, 1889) whose process name is "State of Washington" which took over and usurped the implementation of the Republic;
