Looking to protect my property rights

Hi, I own a 5 acre property in Hardee county, in central Florida. I have read that the IRS is an illegal tax, its creation being a fraud. I have also heard that property tax is a fraud. Most times, it's only a matter of calling the bully's bluff by pointing out to the local government enforcers how wrong in their interpretation of the law. It's surprising how few people read the regulations, including who is supposed to enforce them. I need to find where in the Florida constitution property taxes are illegal so I use it to build a court case, and find precedents.

So what is wrong in the reading of the law? That is the first thing you have to prove.

In a similar situation here, needing to know where to get more information as I've inherited a postage stamp of acreage.. have heard.. though not verified if unregistered and not involved in commerce (thus, private property) there is no property tax.. as the property is not involvedin commerce.

Land patent using the washington meridian as was used back in the day or the relative meridian to location of land(4 originals). Have it surveyed with that metes and bounds with relative meridian and show ownership back to the original. Most importantly and only if you can shown true ownership, dont register your deed.  Only way for sure tax free i know of. Also in some states you can apply for "homestead status" under different regulations per. Then there is always the good ol argument of mans right to life, liberty and property. Thats a right, not a privilege. So that might be where the law is wrong in my belief.  Good luck!
