These 'Nursing Homes' have the leverage needed to do whatever they like. And now they seek more leverage to keep it up.
How can the legislators actually give a pass to an corporation that practices such egregious behavior. If Justice is blind, then show it by proclaiming 'No one is above the law'.
Clearly the time is now to have the oversight that cant be beat down, even by any of these so-called corporations with their team of lawyers.
It is the Grand Jury, who since 1948 to present is strapped down by the prosecutors will, or so the Justice Dept says in a ruling dating back to the 1930's. This today is the evil forces that our Moms and Dads warned us about.
In US v. Williams, it is explained in detail to the people who are willing to become educated. Fight for your Rights, as the Creator gave us the powers of reason to do.
Work to restore the Grand Jury to its place of prominence in the Justice system of todays bass ackward sysytem.
Google Common Law Grand Jury to research many of the ways that People from all walks and talks are persuing the 'Rule of Law' in our new age system of injustice.
The Kings (People) are the Masters in all things that pertain to the kingdoms and the servants (corporations) who reside in them.
