NLA PLAN

READ: - Information Brief Clarifying this Extraordinary Proceeding

Only the People can Save America! It requires a grassroots "COMMITMENT" of a two-fold plan.

In order for We the People to have "Government by Consent" we must take back control of both our Judicial and Political Process. Our Founding Fathers did not leave us without remedy. Watch the two videos below that provide the Plan that will save America. National Liberty Alliance has already assembled and educated Thousands of People across America who are poised in all Fifty States and simply awaiting “CRITICAL MASS” as we continue to assemble. Time is short and our success will require the following Commitment of support and time. WILL YOU?

  • Join the NLA Assembly click on "Register" above, below the blue menue bar on the right.
  • Commit time to educate yourself by taking our free civics course and our free constitutional course, found under the link "Free Courses" tab above.
  • Continuing education found under "Education" tab above.
  • Attend our weekly meetings click on "WEEKLY CALL" button above the blue menu bar on the left. If you cannot attend you can download the MP3's found on the same page.
  • Organize and start a 'Committee of Safety" in your County, click on "Committee of Safety" above for more information and instructions.
  • Donate $5 a month or more, click on "DONATE NOW" button above the blue menu bar on the right.

We the People have reached the Crossroads, the time of indecision is in the air and now you know what's required of you. Will you save America for yourself and your posterity? Or will you let her fall along the wayside never to find her way again? Do not comfort yourself by believing "the other guy will do it" because (s)he is thinking the same thing.

Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise: Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler, Provideth her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest. How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? When wilt thou arise out of thy sleep? -- Proverbs 6:6-9

NLA’s STRUCTURE AND PURPOSE

In order to be a Free and Independent self-governing People the following duties MUST BE PERFORMED by the People.

  1. A proper education on American History, civics, constitution and the duties of all People must be provided to our children. Once We the People take back control of our courts under Common Law NLA will lead a nationwide campaign to provide a suitable curriculum for all grade and high schools and move Congress to require by statute all educational institutions to comply. As Thomas Jefferson said: “If a People expect to be ignorant and free, they expect what never was and never will be.” And, "An educated citizenry is a vital requisite for our survival as a free people."
  2. National Liberty Alliance provides such an education for all its members in order to achieve the necessary education that We the People have been robbed of.
  3. ALL the People are responsible for the security of a free state and therefore are part of the Militia -- Amendment II. ALL the People MUST be armed with a military grade weapon and pistol. The People are responsible to make sure that they are properly trained in the use of firearms; many gun clubs are available to join to receive such training
  4. It is the duty of ALL the People to respond to the Jury call. This is one of two ways where We the People self-govern by consenting or not to the government’s request for an indictment, removal of an elected or appointed servant who breaches their oath, decides both facts and law in all trial cases and has the power of nullification.
  5. It is the duty of ALL the People to serve as a Committeeman at least once in their lifetime. Committeemen are elected by the People in their election district and serve for two years. The position requires only about 40 hours a year of your time mostly during the election cycle. This is the second of two ways where We the People self-govern by interviewing the candidates in order to choose who gets onto the ballet. These committees also have the power to recall elected servants who do not honor their oath.

The purpose of NLA is to facilitate an education, organization and communication in order to empower the People on the grassroots level by building Jury Administrations composed of four People in each county, these positions are paid career positions.

The duty of these administrations is to orientate, counsel, assist in the writing of indictments/informations, assure untainted petti/grand juries and be the investigative body for the Grand Jury.

All positions portrayed in the chart below such as Director, Coordinators, Organizers and Committees have been created in order to accomplish the aforesaid goals and may hold both one of the aforementioned positions and take a position as Jury Administrator.

There are no prerequisite requirements to take a leadership role with NLA we will provide all the necessary training and education. It is YOUR duty to take a stand because Only the People can Save America and We the People at National Liberty Alliance intend on doing it.

Bill Goode's picture

In addition to taking back control of the judicial and political processes, we also need to take back control of the executive and legislative processes. The Constitution and Bill of Rights laid out four branches of government and they must work together - executive, legislative, judicial and grand jury (by the people). Concentrating on the grand jury and the judicial branches is weak, because it leaves out the executive branch, which enforces the judicial branch, and leaves out the legislative branch, which makes the laws, giving the executive branch authority.

Fourth Branch's picture

Taking back control of the Executive and Legislative requires a entirely different approach than taking back control of Judicial branch. The former two can only occur directly through the electoral process. The Judicial branch can place them in check with the Common Law should they exceed the scope of their limited enumerated Powers. Taking back the Judicial Branch directly can happen by re-establishing Common Law Juries.

Eric Levy's picture

Absolutely! Re-establishing CL juries will have a direct and immediate effect on the Judicial branch. In addition to the electoral process regarding fixing the Legislative and Executive branches we could also nullify unconstitutional amendments. We could also nullify amendments that were never actually ratified in the first place, such as the 17th amendment and enact/activate amendments that were truly ratified but then swept under the rug by enemies foreign and domestic, such as the original 13th amendment. These kinds of action could have great effect on the Legislative and Executive branches regarding regaining control of both in addition to the electoral process.

Eric Levy's picture

Actually, Bill, it's not weak at all to focus on the judicial branch and the grand jury.  In fact, it's the strongest thing we can do at present because through our courts we can control the behavior of all elected and appointed officials. Once we do that we can then whip the legislative and executive branches into shape in no time at all because everyone will be held to answer for any bad behavior.

Agreed. Fix the judicial and the rest takes care of itself. It was no mistake that the titles of nobility have taken over our DeJure government and supplanted their own foreign government.
