We currently have 1001 Grand Jury Administrators. To become a GJA, go to the website Grand Jury tab, then the Become a Grand Jury Administrator tab and read and follow the directions to ensure you are completing all the requirements, including taking on a leadership role by becoming an ACTIVE member of a committee.

What are the alleged charges against each person? Traffiking in cocaine in violation of O.C.G.A. 16-13-31(a) for the said accused person, in the County of Clayton and State of Georgia on or about the 26th day of September, 2016 bring into the State of Georgia more than 400 grams of cocaine, a schedule II controlled substance, in violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act.
What are the defenses? Not sure are being denied discovery. Being denied due process. Plea entered unlawfully on April 13, 2017 but signature is forged, also Attorney coerced plea deal claiming he could get bond reduced if she signed. She does not recall signing a plea deal and it was entered into court on April 13, 2017. But dated for March 17, 2017. Are being denied Freedom of information regarding affidavit of detective and other witnesses.
What are the points about the case? Not sure at this point because discovery is being denied to aggrieved woman.
Call Court Information (If you request members to make phone calls on court date to court): At this point we are hoping for a continuance and to run a common-lore court of record as there is no show cause no damaged party no damaged property. But the woman's reputation is damaged and she has lost her liberty, due process and false charges made.
