What are the alleged charges against each person? driving under the influence of alcohol fail to give information after damaging another vehicle (careless driving) marijuana open container prohibited in vehicle
What are the defenses? alleged maroon color truck damaged another vehicle so I initially was stopped for that reason. There are many maroon color trucks and doubt if the suppose witness could identify which (in lineup of maroon trucks ) did he see damage another vehicle?
What are the points about the case? A couple of days after the arrest – I went to a testing place and had a hair sample tested for drugs and the test came up clean. I also refused any tests (breath and blood) and refused to sign the form saying I refused.
