Please Note! It looks like we will be voting on indictments this week or early next week. We have added many new documents to the Grand Jury Report Regarding the Criminal Investigation into 911, the LaVoy Finicum Homicide, the wildlife refuge and the Hammonds under the Evidence Reports tab on the Docket Page under the Grand Jury tab. |
Carefully read the evidence now so you will be well informed for the Grand Jury vote.
We are instituting new filings against the NY State Pistol Law. John sent out an announcement to all New York State NLA members announcing our filing and how they can join in our action in the Northern Federal District of New York. All New York State NLA members can participate as a plaintiff in this filing. Any resident of New York can file with NLA, even if they do not own gun.
We will be suing for the following 3 items:
(1) The Court is to order the State to stand down and all County Sheriffs to
protect us from any State Police action.
(2) We will also move the court for an Injunction until the case is
settled.
(3) For Monetary damage of $50,000 for each plaintiff.
