Would anyone know how to rescind the father's signature from my kids' birth certifiactes? I know this is going to hit someone's patirarchy right in the guts. He has been too abusive/neglectful to the children and I for as long as I have known him. His abuse started with me before we were married, I hadn't known just how bad it was going to get and he always apologized and said he would do better, he didn't. He has abused/neglected our children for the majority of their lives, through many of the means listed in the domestic violence wheel and has stated on record in our last court case he did not want his children to come back. It had been nine months since he had taken visitation when he was informed that I would be leaving Alabama to work in Minnesota. He did not object to us leaving Alabama to Minnesota. Ever, at all. He has not called since February of this year and my new phone number has been the same for over a year. He hasn't made contact or financially supported his children in many months at this point. He was court ordered $0 in child suport since 2020 becsue he could not afford the $47 monthly payment. I am not and have not been on state benefits of any kind since 2017 and I am in a committed relationship where my partner is supporting us. He has not responded to any requests for visitation, so I have had the kids by myslef or with my partner since moving here. He did call a total of three times, only to argue. All three phone calls were made between July 2022 and February 2023. I know he does not want any kind of parenting, the courts in Alabama know this, everyone involved with us know this. However, he still retains rights and getting passports to visit canada is impossible without his consent. We can't even find their father and have not been able to make contact either through his last known contact methods or his family. I would like to submit an affidavit with all these things listed so I can get my kids their passports. I may end up goin to canada to work because there is nothing that pays well enough here in warroad. If anyone can help, please contact me 218-242-3421, text or call but text is best please.

wow, that is not nice comment, we all make stupid decision in our life.. she perhaps made poor decision in the past, learned to better way of doing life now.. so guys if anybody know better please help this lady.. hello Lady learn how to make better of yourself and why you chose that person learn from you past mistake and never repeat same choice.. keep up the goodk works! you can go google and put your question on search box.. it will be directed to wetsite people who know the answer can answere wihtout leaving name. very useful, try it yourself.
