Bench warrant in Deadwood?

I was attempting to stand propria persona for my first time and even though I drove all the way from California and still made it to court by 3:30, I was not permitted to communicate with the judge. The clerk of courts informed me that judge Percy issued a bench warrant for my arrest when I didn’t show up at 9:00am, that will be active first thing in the morning. This was last year and I’ve been trying to figure out how to get the warrant removed with no luck. I’ve come to believe I have no choice(besides allowing these criminals to extort more credit from me) but to turn myself in and file a writ of habeas corpus, and hope I can find my way in to a court of justice.
