(CPS) RECOVER Ownership of your children ...

The Hospital recieved $3000.00 to $5000.00 for the "CERTIFICATE OF OWNERSHIP" (Certificate if Live Birth - SIGNED BY Dr., and /or Nurse<atending>) and thereby SELLING your offspring into HUMAN TRAFFICKING, and You ONLY got a "BIRTH CERTIFICATE" Evidencing your 'authority' to possess and fund the STATE'S PROPERTY (Child) for so long as you take care of the State's Property (Child) in the manner the State wants you to, and/or until the child is wanted for other purposes /activities (molestation /prostitution /sale - ofshore, etc.);
You MUST, before you can defeat the State's claim of "Ownership" of the child you bore, recover the ORIGINAL "CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH" (NOT Birth Certificate), which is (if its been more than a couple weeks from birth) in a SECURE ROOM (Fourth Floor) of a specific building on Philadelpia, Pennsylvania;
You must find out the Hospital's LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY Issuer, and submit Administrative CLAIMS for: 1) Copies of ALL documents you purportedly "signed" at the Hospital upon admission for the Birth, 2) Name and Malpractice Insurance carrier for the Doctor, Nurse, and /or Hospital, 3) CLAIM the Child was TRAFFICKED (Sold) by the Hospital to a State Agency, and that IS MALPRACTICE -or- demand EVIDENCE that the transaction DID NOT OCCUR, 4) Demand you be provided the ORIGINAL "Certificate of Live Birth -or- Evidence that no such Certificate exists (AFFIDAVIT by Doctor /Nurse /etc. is aceptable) and then DEMAND they CREATE a 'Certificate of Live Birth' and give the ORIGINAL to yo, 5) Promptly get a CERTIFIED COPY of the Certificate and RECORD it in Public Records (RECORDER's OFFICE) with you AFFIDAVIT that you are the HOLDER of the Original, and also get an AFFIDAVIT from an independant third party Evidencing their KNOWLEDGE that you are the HOLDER for Recording with the Cert. Copy and Your Affidavits, THEN:
SERVE the Heads of CPS, Health and Human Services, Social and Heath Services (DSHS), Atorney General, and Governor and ACCEPTANCE of Oath of Ofice Contract and BOND (get Copies from State), and your CLAIMS of HUMAN TRAFFICKING (sale of Child) IN BREACH OF OATH /AND CONSEQUENTIAL FORFEITURE OF BOND -SERVICE by Certified /Registered Mail-
When FULL Three-Step Administrative Process is Completed, RECORD ENTIRE RECORD in County RECORDER's OFFICE (or district of Columbia RECORDER's Office) and after Recorder for 20 Days, SERVE (RECORDER) Certified Copies on State and Federal CPS /Health and Humann Services DIRECTORS along with ACCEPTANCE of Oath of Office /BOND-Surety(s) ...
