Land Of Lost Rights

Hello, Yes I was found guilty by a jury of my " peers?". In a County of the size of Hillsborough... Of the 22 in my pool of jurors, 80% of them were employed, had family or friends who connected to civil service and law enforcement. Yes, I was found guilty, after that jury had set through 5 hours of a prosecutor drowning their minds with false diatribe entrancing them to believe that I was there to only to confront, intrude, and cause the Deputies to be in fear of their safety and my safety. This was a brain washing that made the jurors slump into their seats. They saw my video, after all that mind numbing rhetoric and never realized that I never came close enough to the officers to be a threat. I was approached to run me off. I was there attempting to get information to show to their superiors, in an attempt to bring to light how they, time after time, fail to follow the correct procedures and infringe of everyone's right to travel unmolested. The prosecutor took most of the day to prosecute me, and I was told that the trial would end that day, that it would go on until verdict was given. Knowing how tired I was, showed me what the jurors were experiencing as well. I was concerned that at some point the jury would be just wanting to get the hell out of the court, and having been so conditioned, would be in a conviction mood. Then in summation the prosecutor continued the tirade of my guilt, repeating that I was guilty repeating over and over for 30 minutes. My Public Defender got all the facts in his turn, about Deputies conflicting testimonies, lies and confessions on the stand that they had not followed the operations plan. It mattered not, because, the prosecutor objected to his information and they had a lengthy sidebar at the judge, allowing all that info to be condensed into the distraction of the objection, then the prosecutor came back again to continue her incessant barrage of my guilt. It was all over at 6:30. For all who came to my aid and reached from N.L.A., I thank you. I know your involvement made a difference in the outcome of my case, in the most important part of my trial, the sentencing. Right now, I'm doing my best to collect my thoughts and thank all of you that are the N.L.A., it really helped to know that there is hope for this country. Now I will do my part and learn more of my obligations to better my chances in my appeals. At the moment of the guilty verdict, I felt my resolve weaken, it was a hard thing to face for a first time. The trust you put in your fellows is very scary thought to me now. I know some don't realize or care to know the power they hold over a fellow man as a jury....

Take the NLA Civics Course Quizzes. It can help you learn how to establish a court of record in federal court as one of the People... you can sue everyone involved in the conspiracy of crimes against you, so you get a righteous remedy and true justice. Don't sue the jury members, but they deserve to be corrected somehow. I find it hard to believe that a NISI PRIUS court jury should be immune from lawful punishments, so maybe there is a law that supports making them defendants in such a case as yours. It is the duty of the People to know how the laws and the courts work. I wonder why they don't specify what type of court is in need of a jury when doing jury selections. A jurist should be informed of the type of court it is and the jurisdiction(s) to be used. If a jurist doesn't want to be a jury member in a Nisi Prius court, then that should be honored. Nisi Prius courts probably wouldn't exist here if People knew what is really going on cause nobody would want to be on one of their conditioned trial juries. Have a good one!

During the "trial" it would have been proper to have launched a Counterclaim, challenging their jurisdiction--of which they have NONE. That should have stopped them from wasting everyone's time, especially yours, with their blatherings and lies. Of course, one needs to know how to do that.

This is why WE MUST learn what common law is and how to use it. The civics course/GJ Admin's courses at NLA are super courses. How can we deal with these bad actors unless we know what they are doing is wrong, wrong, WRONG and then how to counter it? Then, we must become the plaintiffs in their unlawful accusations against us and demand that they prove that they have jurisdiction over us.....they cannot.

If you do an appeal, you will still be putting yourself under their jurisdiction and you will waste untold thousands of dollars and hours supporting THEIR unlawful courts with their pretend jurisdiction instead of opening a Court of Record. The answers are here at NLA. Of course, the ultimate answer is to regain OUR common law courts and our common law grand juries.

Blessings....

Right on, I could've filed a counter-claim, but I wanted to see how they handled a defendant that objects to their fraud. Defendants can make Special Appearances to test the validity of the court's jurisdiction, so since it was an Arraignment Hearing, I felt it was time for the test. They barely got off the hook by dismissing the case. Had they pushed the case into an official administrative trial, then I would've done the counter-claim from a superior court. Now that they basically admitted their wrong-doings by dismissing the case, it can be great evidence for future actions at law to obtain remedies. I know that I should file actions at law against them, and I am seriously considering it. If I do it, I should do it in the very near future. What would you do?

I think the right and proper thing to do is to file actions at law against them, as you said. If I were in your shoes at THIS time, I am not confident or knowledgeable enough to do it--at this time. It was an interesting proposition on your part, to see what they'd do. I wonder if their backing off had anything to do with the papers they must have received. I have no doubt that, had you been just another citizen who believes the lies of the system, you'd be receiving whatever they wanted to do to you.
