Hi all, A quick reminder for the Pennsylvania Statewide call in for Tuesday, February 04, 2014 from 8pm to 10pm. We will be using freeconferencing.com (see the directions below).
I have also included the Agenda (see below).
freeconference.com software is screen sharing capable so all that can please use a computer with an internet connection.
(I have a DSL 10mbps connection and it works well.)
For the audio portion of the call inn I am recommending if you have unlimited minutes on your cell phone to use it. Or a Landline to call into the number below (with no long distance charges). Then enter the participant code (also below). This seems to give the clearest audio connection.
If you cant use a cell or landline there is a voip called Flash phone it was hard to understand but it is available thru the website at http://freeconferencing.com/ and click on flash phone then read the dirctions for use.
There is a way to use skype by typing in freeconferencing.5308811300 and opening up the dial pad ( which is under the drop down menu “call” and then selecting show dial pad) and then entering the access code below (in step 2).

1. Introduction of people on the call (Name, County an Election status) ( approx 10min )

2. Speaker Cassie from Westmoreland Pa will present on:
A) 2013 ACCOMPLISHMENTS in western PA:
A review of where the Western PA counties are so far and announcements of any new activities they are planning.
B) FUNDRAISING:
Overview of different fundraising strategies and developing a plan for the year.
C) LET’S START ADVERTISING:
We have lots of ideas on how to get the word out on and offline in our communities. We will also be discussing outreach strategies to local colleges and universities.
D) FORMING COMMITTEES:
The best way to get things done is to divide and conquer. We want to form teams to tackle specific projects over the coming year. There will be sign up sheets for the ones we present.
E) EDUCATION IN OUR MEETINGS:
Let’s face it, we all need training. It’s time to talk about how best to train our GJ administrators and get them ready to lead a Grand Jury in the very near future
F) TRAINING MANUAL:
We have to write a manual for PA Common Law Grand Juries to use on how to investigate an alleged crime and how to create a presentment for the courts.
