Some ideas from Dan

I am taking the liberty to post Dan's email here, so there can be some discussion. Kathy

I maybe misunderstanding the situation but it occurred to me after last night’s conference call, we may need to use another approach to gain access to the Court Houses. We maybe doing things in the wrong order.

Any Writ issued requires the party or parties to appear before the Common Law Grand Jury(CLGJ). However, that is contingent upon the CLGJ having a place to reside. The CLGJ does not have a place to reside because Statute Law Judges refuse to grant the CLGJ access to the Court House knowing that will reduce their power considerably. As repeatedly stated by John Darash, Sheriffs will not arrest the judges knowing the former will have to appear before a Statute Court, who will in turn, reprimand the Sheriffs for complying with a CLGJ instead of taking orders from the Nisi Prius Court. The Judges will then set the arrested parties free. It is a never ending battle that will only result in endless delays for gaining access to the Court Houses.

One way to bypass this problem is with Citizens Arrests. CLGJ's should file their declarations with the Court Houses to inform the Judiciary a CLGJ exists in the County and that the Judiciary must relent access to the CLGJ into the Court House. The CLGJ should give the Judiciary 40 days to comply, after which time Administrators should conduct a Citizen's Arrest. This will only be effective with overwhelming force accompanying the Administrators, somewhere number 100 or 200 People. The same amount expected to appear at the delayed hearings.

The Judges and any other offending parties will then be placed in jail and the CLGJ's can then proceed with reviewing locations in the Court House for their offices and evicting all those who unconstitutionally and illegally evicted the CLGJ's from the Court Houses decades ago. Writs can then be issued for the arrested Parties while they are in jail.

P.S. I am sending this email as I attempted to post this at the Meetup website but was unable to do so due to a 1,000 word limit.

Is Nisi Prius Court best described as a court outside the Constitutional confines?
