Some Michigan State Faculty and Students may be inquiring about NLA...

Hi Everyone,

This is just to give you a heads up that I sent a link to your page out to Michigan State.

I wrote the following letter and sent 20 or so (give or take) emails to Michigan State students and educators who were on a long list of several hundred other educators and students across the country. They are big advocates for fighting for their rights so Sheila (from the Media Group) thought they might like to know about the NLA and hopefully join. For more details about who they are etc and what their cause is go to the Media Group Education forum.

Subject: Saw your name among others from MSU on BlackSpaceBlog.com....

....in the "Open Letter to Black Students" with the message of the importance of teaching students about the necessity to fight for justice and freedom.

Dear ____:
It appears all semblances of "freedoms" Americans may have once enjoyed are rapidly evaporating as our police state rears its ugly head, police brutality is a regular occurrence and government morphs into a tyrannical fascist regime encroaching on every aspect of our lives. We all feel the oppression to a greater or lesser degree that black activists in "Black Lives Matter" and other activist groups resist. Too many of us give in to our public servants taking advantage of us when they have no right to because we don't know our rights.
Wouldn't it be great if there was a solution to the problem - (other than knowing your rights) -which would put an end to all the corruption and help us take our country back? I'm happy to say that there is. A great number of us are fed up with the unresponsiveness of "elected officials" and having our demands again and again falling on their deaf ears . We no longer will tolerate our "authorities" lack of initiative to deal with the corruption problem. So we have decided to take matters into our own hands. We at The National Liberty Alliance (NLA) (NationalLibertyAlliance.org) are doing precisely as our Founding Fathers advised by restoring justice to the court system through the implementation of a Common Law Grand Jury in every county throughout the country.

After all the fifth amendment of Bill of Rights says " No person shall be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime unless on presentment or indictment by a Grand Jury ....nor be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law [with "due process" being defined as a trial by our peers]".

Learning that our government servants have no control over us unless they have "jurisidiction" and that we must give "consent" before they can do anything to us is incredibly empowering and freeing! In "common law" judges can't make rulings. They are only administrators. Legislators can't legislate behaviors either and unconstitutional laws or statues are null and void and nobody is bound to follow them.
Needless to say, I thought the vast resources and knowledge base available at the NLA website as well as the informative regular Monday night FREE teleconference and getting involved with the Michigan state chapter of NLA Michigan | National Liberty Alliance would be helpful to your group's cause and many other similar ones that seek fairness, liberty and real justice for all.

Have a great day and I hope you'll join us in not just spreading the good news and the NLA resource to your colleagues, fellow activists and students but that you'll do what you can to help Michigan establish a Common Law Grand Jury system throughout the state without which the current "just us" system only gets worse.
Sincerely,
Emily
